The SRS CellStation 24 is a professional 18650 lithium-ion battery charging and cell health testing station designed for organizations that routinely manage, inspect, and process large quantities of individual 18650 cells.

Combining 24 independent charging bays with a dedicated 4-cell health testing system, the CellStation 24 provides a streamlined workstation for charging and rapidly screening cells before assembly, reuse, or return to service.

Each charging position provides up to 1A of charging current per cell, allowing as many as 24 cells to be charged simultaneously. Individual status indicators provide quick visual confirmation of charging status and completion.

The integrated Cell Health Analyzer provides rapid evaluation of up to four cells at a time. Measurements are typically completed within approximately one second of cell insertion, with the integrated LCD displaying cell voltage, internal resistance, and an easy-to-read condition rating of Great, Good, Weak, or Bad.

Housed in a rugged portable enclosure with integrated cooling, the CellStation 24 provides a compact solution for battery pack production, cell sorting, maintenance facilities, engineering laboratories, robotics and UAS operations, educational programs, and other applications requiring routine management of 18650 lithium-ion cells.
